Official letter to Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice,
February 21, 2006

An official letter to Secretary of State Condoleezza
Rice, dated February. 21st, 2006, signed by influential leaders
of both the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives,
decries the Administration's failure to provide budgetary
appropriations for the North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004.
HHK founder's testimony to Congress of October. 27, 2005 is
mentioned prominently in the letter to Secretary Rice and his
full Congressional testimony was attached to the letter by the
legislative leaders.
